Medina 'Forever' Remix EP Out on Ultra Music
International EDM chart topping sensation and fashion icon; Medina recently released her new single "Forever" on Ultra Music, which is the first single to be released from her forthcoming second English-language album. The aforementioned LP is a follow up to 2011's Welcome to Medina, and features more of the singer’s flawless vocals and seductively crafted four-to-the-floor beats that have earned her a widespread and loyal international fanbase.
In our eyes, Medina is involved in a tight race to become the next definitive international pop queen, especially with the massive success of her international single "You & I", which included a gorgeous and insanely popular rework by deadmau5. In the UK, the single ranked as A-list at BBC Radio 1 and entered the US Billboard Chart's "Hot Dance Airplay" at #6. Without a doubt, Medina is Denmark's biggest female artist, a multi-platinum selling performer who's graced the cover of Elle and she has even won the MTV Award for Best Danish Act . Her success in the US has been a growing phenomenon. Aside from selling out venues like the Marquee Nightclub in Las Vegas and Supper Club in LA during her last US club tour, support from big name producers like Trentemøller and Roger Sanchez has been propelling her to new heights in 2012.
Medina released a remix package of "Forever" last week on Ultra Music. This short album features remixes from several different producers and pushes the track further into house driven territory.
